This bracelet comprises a supple body made of coiled silver wire, closed with an elaborate clasp. The two-part clasp, decorated with four embossed disks (one of which is missing) can be fastened by sliding a pin into the four interlocking loops. This closure resembles certain ornate belt buckles of the time. Persia, Achemenid Period, 600-400 BC.
