  This Art Deco cigarette case once belonged to Flinders Petrie (1853-1942), the father of modern archaeology. It depicts Goddess Nephtys seated on the hieroglyph sign nebw (“gold”), holding the feather of Maat.

Although this item is, obviously not ancient, it is a great privilege to host it.
